I've been a satisfied customer of Merritt Plumbing for several years. Recently, I called them to replace my standard toilet with a handicap-accessible one. They also installed safety bars in my shower. Their plumber, Bryan, and his helper did an excellent job. They came at the time promised and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Merritt Plumbing.

I was in a real bind when the freeze of 2021 hit and hit hard. I had no water, due to the pipes freezing for 2 days. When they thawed out, I noticed water coming out from under my rear tub. I immediately turned the main water supply off and called around for a licensed and bonded plumber to come out and fix the leak. 

After making several calls in the afternoon to local plumbers, no one could come out for 2-3 days, except Merritt Plumbing. After a late afternoon response to my call, they said they would be able to work with me the very next day. My worries were over. They came out and had to cut open my exterior siding to get to the leak. 

After showing me what broke, they helped my wife clean up some wet towels, put the siding back together, cleaned up after themselves, and checked the water lines for any other issues. None were found! 

My wife was also very impressed with their demeanor and professionalism (which means a lot). This company is now one of my favorites on my phone.

We started requesting a quote for the remodeling of my bathroom - plumbing only. Their quote was very reasonable, so we hired them. They were more than accommodating with changes I needed and neat throughout cleanup. I have used Merritt Plumbing for other jobs, and they have proven professionalism each time.
